Dynamica Manual Gone?

Link is dead. Does someone have a downloaded copy or an alternate location for the manual?

I hope it's detailed as without it there very little information around. Overall it would great to actually have some info in how to use these tools. The current videos are very very average. The Siggraph video is great but does nothing to actually show how to use the Dynamica UI. The wiki is 1 page
