I have opened a Box2D open source project on sourceforge and created a companion site here: http://www.box2d.org
Things are a bit sparse now, but the good news is that Box2D has been completely revamped. You can see the feature list here: http://www.box2d.org/features.html
API documentation and new features are coming soon.

This is very impressive. Big step up from your original engine. I have a feeling this engine will be quite popular amoung the indie game developers!

this is great, i can't wait to see/build the demos..

Great job! I agree with crashlander. I feel that this engine will see a lot of different ports soon.

There has already been some talk(started by me.
of porting this engine to a c#/managed code so that it can be used with XNA: http://forums.xna.com/thread/24356.aspx
