I want your suggestion on choosing a physics engine to make racing games. Since racing simulation requires accurate physics to look realistic, I really don't know which one I should use. What engine is best for that?

Very interesting book but it isn't what I'm looking for, sorry. I want to make a racing game using an existing physics engine.

You can use PAL (http://pal.sourceforge.net/), it supports a vehicle model for Bullet and Newton. It might be a bit too basic for your needs though, but it would make a good starting point.

I have written and continue to develop an engine specifically for vehicle dynamics that might interest you. It's not free, however, but you can check out these videos to see if it's along the lines of what you want to do.

This is the same engine used in Virtual RC Racing (99% of it anyway), so it's quite flexible, although the collision detection/response is not very good and is under a complete rewrite at the moment. The tire modelling and so on are top notch and have received a great deal of attention. The focus is on handling accuracy and realism, so if you're looking to do a Need For Speed or other arcade type knock off this engine isn't for you.
For more videos just change the 06 or 12 in the links to other numbers (12 is the highest). Not all of them are at the site, but many are.
